Close Work Tab

The Close Work Tab is designed to help archive completed or audited tasks.  This will help move the child tasks of a Work Group to Status = Closed.  The benefits are that the map features will disappear and declutter the map, it also creates a path to archive and migrate data to cold storage in the future.

The Open Tasks tab shows which tasks are assigned to the Work Group but not in a Complete status.  The widget also indicates how many tasks are Completed.  This widget has an  ‘Unnasign’ button to move tasks off of a Work Group and back to ‘Authorized’ Status.  These unassigned tasks can be assigned to a different Work Group in the future but allow the Work Group to be Closed out. 

The Close Work Tab also has a button to ‘Complete’ tasks that a manager might know are actually completed.  Both of these buttons can be disabled through configuration.  The Close Work button simply closes the Work Group and Child Tasks.
