New User Authorization via Email Link (One-Time Setup)
When a new ArcGIS user needs access to Clearion Web, a one-time authorization process must be completed. This process should be initiated by a Clearion Studio Admin or the Clearion Support Team.
Steps to Authorize a New User:
Log in to Clearion Studio
Navigate to the Applications page
Click the Send Link button next to the relevant application

In the Send Application Link form, complete the following fields:
Recipient Emails: Enter one or multiple email addresses of the users to authorize
App Password: This is required for security purposes and will be provided upon request by the Clearion Support Team
Click Save
A success message will confirm that the email was sent
If you see an error message instead, please contact the Clearion Support Team
The user(s) will receive an email with the following content:

The user must click the link within 1 hour to activate their access
Once activated, the user can log in to Clearion Web using their ArcGIS credentials
If the link expires before activation, a new link must be sent by repeating the steps above
